Refund Policy Explained.

The Booking fee is non refundable. Balance is due 7 days prior to the event. Upon cancellation within 30 days of the event date, the client signing the contract is liable to pay the balance in full. The outstanding balance will be equal to the package balance 30 days prior to the event. Customers who cancel more than 30 days prior, payments made beyond the initial booking fee amount will be fully refunded.

Cancellation Deadline

Additionally, in order for a cancellation to be deemed official, a cancellation agreement must be signed by both parties. Failure to submit a written notice of cancellation will result in a bill for the total agreed amount sent to Client.

For those booking less than 30 days in advance, the booking fee is non refundable. Balance is due 7days prior to the event. After the 15 days, the client signing this contract is liable to pay the balance in full. The outstanding  balance will be equal to the package balance at the time of signing the contract, less payments made. Additionally, in order for a cancellation to be deemed official, a cancellation agreement must be signed by both parties. Failure to submit a written notice of cancellation will result in a bill for the total agreed amount sent to client.

It is understood that if this is a “Rain or Shine” event, Ritchie Lee Entertainments’ compensation is in no way affected by inclement weather. The DJ / Entertainer reserves the right, in good faith, to stop or cancel the performance should the weather pose a potential danger to him, the equipment, or audience. Every effort will be made to continue the performance; however safety is paramount in all decisions. Ritchie Lee Entertainments’ compensation will not be affected by such cancellation.

Satisfaction is extremely important to Ritchie Lee Entertainments, so customers who are not fully satisfied with our service, please contact us to discuss your concerns. In some cases a refund may be deemed necessary.
